FlexFast™ CLCS

The CenterLine FlexFast™ CLCS (CenterLine Control Solution) configured stationary welder is a compact, versatile, welding machine designed for production fastener welding applications. This design includes many standard features that ensure the FlexFast™ CLCS produces consistent weld quality, is easily operated, and has minimal maintenance requirements.

The FlexFast™ CLCS offers:

  • Exceptional part quality at a competitive cost
  • Solid construction, capable of welding fasteners up to 13.3 kN (3000 lbs) weld force
  • Ability to weld up to M10 sized fasteners – application/fastener dependent
  • One (1) or two (2) OHMA™ air/oil weld actuator(s) with configurable fixed spacing

    • Low impact, “soft-touch” operation to minimize electrode wear, deflection, and part deformation. This promotes higher-quality welding and lower maintenance needs.
    • Four schedules available per cylinder
    • Accurate control over weld forces over a wide range of air pressure settings

  • Interchangeable lower tooling enables rapid changeover for multi-application needs

  • Wi-Fi “over-the-air” updates for firmware, if required

  • Upper and lower electrode weld counters for maintenance notifications
  • Weld control, with discrete interface

FlexFast™ CLCS Models

Standard

  • One (1) OHMA™ weld cylinder with LPT and manual regulator and air pressure switch
    • One (1) VeriFast™ LVDT weld body, upper barrel adapter
    • 100 KVA MFDC weld transformer, 400 amp WTC weld control (Bosch optional)
    • CLCS Controller, offers control of the machine sequence and up to two feeders, four (4) schedules available per cylinder, upper and lower electrode weld counters for maintenance notifications
    • CLCS controller also includes LVDT, LPT programming (similar to MicroView™)
    • Water saver and flow monitoring
    • Full guarding and 900 mm light curtain
